If you have questions about your account, you can contact us during our office hours of Monday through Thursday, between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm.
Payments are accepted via the following methods:
Online/bank payments (via the "Customer Account Access" portal on the top tab of this site, or via your bank if they offer this feature).
Drop-box payments - check or money order only (Located on the west side of our building. Please include with your payment your name, phone number, and the property address that you would like the payment to be applied towards.)
Bills are due by their due date (listed on the monthly bills). If you need to make payment arrangements, have inquiries, or need anything else, please call our office and either speak to our staff or leave a message regarding your situation.

Our Regular Board Meetings are held on the 3rd Tuesday of every month, at 6:00 pm, unless rescheduled by the Board.

CUSTOMER NOTICE: beware of making online payments through a doxo.com website - Doxo is a third-party website that allows people to pay their utility bills via their site. They may charge the customer extra fees, the payments made through doxo are not guaranteed to arrive at our District in a timely fashion, and may not prevent fees, penalties, and/or shutoffs due to late or non-payment. Online payments should only be made through the District's website, www.cabazonwater.org, through the "Customer Account Access" tab. Doxo is not affiliated with the Cabazon Water District, although it may appear so.
